Reflect on Social Media Use
- What is your motivation for each platform you engage with?
- How do the things you consume online impact your actions?
- How do you choose who you follow?
- Do you tend to engage with content that is the most convenient to access, or do you play an active role in searching for information?
- How do your social media habits make you feel, and do you engage with intention?

- Fact check what you read and check for citations
Going Offline:
- Take your learning off social media, and research more about topics that interest you
